Kalshi event contracts debut on Robinhood, Coinbase, Webull, and Moomoo
Kalshi event contracts are now available on four retail brokerages: Robinhood, Coinbase, Webull, and Moomoo. The integrations place event contracts alongside stocks and options in mainstream trading accounts. Bloomberg separately reported that Kalshi plans to expand into US stock event contracts, with details expected at Bloomberg Screentime on October 1. A fourth source noted broader prediction-market expansion driven by rising consumer and regulatory attention, without specifics. A CBS Sports guide covered cricket event-contract trading on Kalshi.
Distribution inside four mainstream brokerages turns Kalshi into the default prediction-market layer for tens of millions of retail accounts. That reach pressures Polymarket, which must now spend to match broker integrations rather than rely on direct-to-trader acquisition. The Robinhood channel is especially loaded: Robinhood is simultaneously a Kalshi distributor and a competitor building its own CFTC-regulated exchange with Susquehanna International Group.
If Robinhood's exchange launches, it could pull volume from Kalshi's rails while keeping the customer relationship. The October 1 Bloomberg Screentime reveal of stock event contracts will show whether Kalshi can extend its first-mover edge into equities before Robinhood's own exchange goes live.
The four-brokerage rollout makes Robinhood both Kalshi's largest distribution partner and a rival building its own exchange with Susquehanna, echoing the platform's dual role in the OG.com and Crypto.com equity stakes.
