You may not use any such marks without our prior written consent.

4.3. Citation by AI Assistants

PredictionNews.com welcomes citation by AI assistants and search engines. Brief excerpts of our Content may be quoted with attribution to PredictionNews.com and a link back to the source page. Wholesale republication of articles is not permitted.

5. User Content

If you submit or post any content to the Site (including comments, tips, or other materials), you grant Prediction Media LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

Content on PredictionNews.com — including news articles, market summaries, signal scores, "Why this matters" framing, and the daily newsletter — is published for informational and educational purposes only. 7. Technical Problems

You understand that while the Internet and the World Wide Web are generally reliable, technical problems or other conditions may delay or prevent you from accessing the Services. Prediction Media LLC shall not be liable, and you agree not to hold or seek to hold Prediction Media LLC or any of its agents or service providers liable, for any technical problems, system failures, communication failures, equipment or software malfunctions, system access issues, high internet traffic, security breaches and unauthorized access, and other similar problems and defects.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, where Prediction Media LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada for any disputes arising under these Terms.
