DraftKings extends IC360 integrity deal across sportsbook and prediction markets
DraftKings extended its integrity-monitoring agreement with IC360 on September 9. The partnership adds ProhiTrade compliance tools to DraftKings Predictions and ProhiBet to its sportsbook. The tools cover event contracts tied to competitions or outcomes that athletes can influence. DraftKings also cited NCAA data showing 46% of Division I men's basketball players were flagged for potential integrity concerns. The agreement covers athlete harassment monitoring across both platforms. DraftKings Sportsbook operates mobile sports betting and event-contracts trading.
DraftKings is building the compliance layer itself rather than relying on platform partners to provide it. The IC360 extension covers both its sportsbook and its young prediction-markets product, suggesting DraftKings sees the two as permanently co-located. That matters for Kalshi and Polymarket, which must match or exceed this integrity posture as they compete for the same athlete-protected events.
The NCAA data point shows DraftKings will publicize specific threat metrics to justify its monitoring spend, raising the transparency bar for rivals. If in-house compliance becomes a marketing weapon, white-label platforms that cannot offer equivalent tools lose another differentiation point against operators with direct CFTC designations.
DraftKings' push into prediction-market infrastructure now spans exchange technology, clearing relationships, and data partnerships, joining Polymarket's Sportradar deal and Robinhood's OG.com stake in a broader race to own the regulated stack rather than rent it.
