Talos opens prediction market trading for Kalshi event contracts to institutions
Institutional digital-asset trading platform Talos has launched prediction market trading for its clients through an integration with Kalshi. The integration connects Talos's institutional client base to Kalshi's regulated prediction markets. Clients can use four Talos execution tools for event contracts and view standardized market data from both Kalshi and Polymarket. The offering gives institutional traders access to prediction-market infrastructure alongside their existing crypto and equities execution.
Talos's move treats prediction markets as a core asset class worthy of institutional-grade execution, not a retail novelty. For Kalshi, Talos brings a pre-built pipeline of hedge funds and asset managers that would otherwise require months of direct onboarding. Polymarket's market data appearing on the same screen signals which venue Talos clients will compare first when pricing events.
The integration also tests whether institutional traders will trade event contracts at volume without the leverage and perpetual structures that drove retail adoption offshore. Talos clients actually deploy capital, competitors like FalconX and Copper will face pressure to match the product line or cede the institutional prediction-market segment entirely.
Talos joins KuCoin as the second trading infrastructure provider to embed prediction markets into its existing institutional stack, after KuCoin's Polymarket app integration earlier this week.
