Crypto.com seeks North America CFO to oversee Nadex and OG.com operations
Crypto.com posted job listings for a Chief Financial Officer, North America, and a VIP Sales Manager for prediction markets and CFTC-regulated perpetual futures. Both roles are based in Chicago. The CFO role covers financial strategy for Americas entities including Nadex, the company's designated contract market, and OG.com prediction markets operations. The sales role targets institutional clients with compensation ranging from $110,000 to $160,000. The postings signal Crypto.com is building out U.S.-regulated event-contract infrastructure.
Crypto.com is staffing up its regulated U.S. prediction-markets business just as partner-dependent platforms face new vulnerability. Robinhood holds equity in Crypto.com and OG.com but routes all prediction-market volume through external partners with no direct CFTC license of its own. A compliance failure or contract dispute at any partner would force immediate volume migration with no internal fallback. The CFO hire signals Crypto.com wants to operate Nadex and OG.com as distinct profit centers rather than appendages to its offshore exchange.
That shift matters for Robinhood, whose $320 million football-season revenue projection rests partly on Crypto.com's stability. Crypto.com's U.S. leadership achieves operational independence, Robinhood may need deeper integration guarantees or an alternative licensee to protect its NFL-season revenue. The sales hire's CFTC perpetual-futures focus also suggests Crypto.com expects to compete for professional flow against newly regulated entrants.
