Robinhood lists sub-hourly bitcoin price prediction contracts via Kalshi, ForecastEx

Updated 1h ago

Robinhood Derivatives, LLC has listed two short-duration bitcoin price prediction contracts through its prediction markets infrastructure. The first contract, listed June 3, 2026, expires at 12:15 a.m. EDT and targets 15-minute price movements on a sub-hourly timeframe. A second contract, listed June 5, 2026, expires at 4 a.m. EDT and references a $51,600 price level. Both offerings route event contracts via KalshiEX LLC, ForecastEX LLC, or Rothera Exchange and Clearing LLC, according to Robinhood's listing pages. The products represent Robinhood's expansion into ultra-short-term crypto event contracts.

Why this matters?

Robinhood's 15-minute bitcoin contracts push prediction markets into sub-hourly crypto expiry timeframes, a derivatives microstructure shift that could force competing venues to match granularity or cede high-frequency retail flow.
