Polymarket urges court to send hidden sports bets suit to arbitration
Polymarket is asking a New York federal court to send to arbitration users' claims that the prediction market company disguises its sports bets. The motion to compel arbitration was filed in response to a lawsuit alleging the platform hides sports wagering behind event-contract labels.
