Giants priced as 42% NFC East favorite, Cowboys at 61% over Eagles on Kalshi
Kalshi sports traders have priced the New York Giants as 42% favorites to win the NFC East, according to an October 25 post from the platform's sports account. The same market shows the Cowboys at 13%, the Eagles at 9%, and the Commanders. Separately, Kalshi prices the Dallas Cowboys at 61% to defeat the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday, October 26, with a spread market placing the Cowboys' winning margin at about 2.5 points. The Giants post did not clarify whether a cited 30% figure refers to a separate market or an earlier price.
Kalshi's NFL pricing is now a daily content fixture. Each new listing widens the legal target that Ohio and Tennessee attorneys general have already drawn. The Giants-Cowboys-Eagles blur of season-long and single-game markets is indistinguishable from sportsbook output. Courts could cite this as evidence of consumer-facing gambling.
The platform's 76% NFL prediction-market volume lead per Needham data rests on FanDuel's market-making partnership. Kalshi does not control that bridge. If FanDuel withdraws or renegotiates, Kalshi lacks a ready replacement and its pricing advantage could vanish by mid-season. The same sports listings that drive user acquisition become liability fuel in state suits.
Joins a recent cluster of NFL Week 7 markets — including 49ers Super Bowl and Jets-Dolphins pricing and Lions-Packers spreads — as Kalshi treats event-contract prices as native sports commentary rather than financial instruments.
