High Roller Technologies launches ROLR real-money prediction market platform

Published Oct 21, 2026Updated 6h ago

High Roller Technologies has launched ROLR, a real-money prediction markets platform now live for eligible U.S. customers. High Roller expects its prediction markets business to begin contributing revenue in Q4 2026. The company had built toward the launch over nine months.

Why this matters?

ROLR enters a U.S. prediction market landscape crowded with recent regulated launches. Novig opened a CFTC-designated exchange in August, chasing the same pool of retail sports fans and political traders. High Roller lacks its own federal exchange license, so it cannot yet clear trades directly; it must partner or accept higher regulatory risk than licensed venues like Kalshi and Novig.

The CFTC's pending swaps rule could force product redesigns on every platform, but unlicensed operators face the steepest compliance climb. High Roller's edge is its existing igaming customer base, yet those users already see prediction markets from DraftKings, FanDuel, and Crypto.com. Revenue contribution in Q4 2026 is an aggressive timeline for a platform still building liquidity and brand recognition. The first earnings report showing prediction-market revenue will test whether High Roller converted hype into trades.
