Crypto exchange Gate taps Polymarket Builder for white-label prediction market offering
Crypto exchange Gate has integrated Polymarket Builder, a white-label tool that lets exchanges and apps offer Polymarket's existing prediction markets to their business clients without building infrastructure from scratch. The integration happened earlier this year. Gate is based in Panama. The product targets companies that want to embed event-contract functionality into existing apps as prediction markets gain broader traction.
Gate's move adds another crypto-native exchange to the white-label prediction market stack, but with a critical difference from the Crypto.com Derivatives North America path that High Roller, Markets, and OG.com have taken. Those platforms rely on CDNA's CFTC-registered rails for U.S. access; Gate's Polymarket Builder integration does not confer automatic U.S. regulatory standing. This leaves Gate's business clients exposed if they seek American traders.
For Polymarket, the partnership expands distribution without diluting its own CFTC designation, gaining volume across international venues while keeping regulatory risk at arm's length. Gate's Panama base also means its white-label clients operate under lighter supervision than CDNA-backed competitors. The open question is whether businesses prioritizing speed of launch will tolerate that regulatory gap, or whether U.S. market access proves decisive in vendor selection.
