Podcasts have exploded in popularity – covering everything from TV show recaps to political commentary, with over 6.5 million podcasts now available worldwide. Some of the most popular ones are interview podcasts.
A host brings on various guests, usually within a certain niche, and speaks with them candidly. The most popular podcast on Spotify, The Joe Rogan Experience, is exactly that. Joe Rogan interviews thousands of guests over thousands of episodes.
The podcast guests are always a subject of conversation – who will they choose next? Prediction market Kalshi has clocked this curiosity and created markets for users to bet on the guests of various podcasts.
Here are the podcasts currently featured in Kalshi’s prediction markets.

About:
I’m Gavin Newsom. And, it’s time to have a conversation. It’s time to have honest discussions with people that agree AND disagree with us. It's time to answer the hard questions and be open to criticism, and debate without demeaning or dehumanizing one other. I will be doing just that on my new podcast – inviting people on who I deeply disagree with to talk about the most pressing issues of the day and inviting listeners from around the country to join the conversation. THIS is Gavin Newsom.
California governor Gavin Newsom’s new show This is Gavin Newsom launched March 6th with a surprising first guest — conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
While this is Newsom’s second podcast, it’s his first one where he is solo. The podcast has already had a major backlash in only a few weeks.
He is using the podcast to broaden his national appeal for a likely 2028 presidential run while speaking with well-known divisive conservatives like Kirk and Steve Bannon.
He has also split with much of his party, calling trans women playing female sports “unfair.” This, along with his controversial guests, has drawn criticism from left-leaning media.
Besides Kirk and Bannon, he’s also spoken with journalist Ezra Klein, Gov. Tim Walz, and conservative commentator Michael Savage. The Kalshi market launched on March 21, 2025, and has just over $1,000 in trading volume. The current top three picks are Kamala Harris (53%), Andreessen (31%), and Barack Obama (26%).
